Mobimax provides public product and capability information to support early-stage business evaluation. Electric-vehicle programmes are configuration- and market-specific. This disclaimer explains why public materials must not replace an approved specification, validation plan or signed commercial agreement.

Public information is indicative

Website pages, brochures, renders, photographs, videos, diagrams, tables and downloadable materials are for general information. They may describe a concept, prototype, sample, previous generation or one of several available configurations. Mobimax may correct, replace or withdraw them without notice.

No public document is a binding specification, warranty, offer or promise of availability unless an authorised Mobimax representative expressly incorporates it into a signed agreement.

Specifications and performance

Dimensions, weight, power, torque, speed, range, payload, gradeability, charging time, battery capacity and other figures can vary with component selection, software, production tolerances, test method and market requirements.

Real-world performance also depends on rider and load, terrain, temperature, tyre pressure, riding style, battery age and state of charge, maintenance and other conditions. Published figures should be treated as test or target values unless a project document identifies the method, configuration and acceptance criteria.

Images, colours and configurations

Screen settings, lighting, image processing and prototype parts can affect the appearance of colours, finishes and materials. Product images may include optional, regional or development components and may not show the final production configuration.

Branding, accessories, components and styling shown in a concept or reference image are not automatically included in a quotation or production scope.

Compliance and certification

A reference to testing, a standard, report or certificate does not mean that every configuration is approved for every market. Changes to batteries, controllers, motors, tyres, lighting, software, labels or other components can affect classification and compliance.

The applicable requirements must be confirmed for the destination market and intended use. Certification scope, responsible parties, samples, documentation, costs and timing must be agreed for each programme. Nothing on the public website is legal, customs, tax, safety or regulatory advice.

Pricing, timing and availability

Any public indication of price, minimum order, lead time or capacity is non-binding unless confirmed in a current written quotation or contract. Currency, tax, freight, duties, tooling, certification, packaging, payment terms and Incoterms may materially affect the commercial result.

Component availability, engineering changes, sample approval and production planning can affect timing. Delivery, cancellation, returns, remedies, spare parts and warranty are governed by the applicable quotation, order and sales agreement rather than this website.

Controlled documents and revision status

Non-public drawings, CAD files, bills of materials, software, test data, certificates, manuals and specifications may be confidential and revision-controlled. They may be used only by the authorised recipient, for the authorised project and within any applicable non-disclosure or licence terms.

Recipients are responsible for checking the document number, revision, issue date, approval status and stated scope before use. A printed, exported or previously downloaded copy may be uncontrolled. If information conflicts, the latest signed project document takes priority over a public page or earlier draft.

Third-party components and marks

Third-party component names, standards, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is descriptive and does not imply sponsorship, continuing availability or approval of a complete vehicle.

Supplier information may be revised by its owner. Project teams should verify the current component specification and permitted claims before publication or production.

Verification and contact

Before making a purchasing, engineering, homologation, distribution or investment decision, request the current project-specific information from Mobimax and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

To verify a specification, certificate or document revision, contact sales@mobimaxbike.com and identify the product, market, document reference and intended use.
