E-BIKE OEM / ODM

Your brand.
A clear path
to production.

Start with an existing e-bike platform or define an engineering brief. We help brands, importers and distributors turn product requirements into an agreed programme.

01 / HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Two starting points.
One agreed specification.

You do not need to choose a technical label first. Choose the starting point that matches your project.

A / EXISTING PLATFORM

Configure a proven model.

For buyers who have found a suitable base and want to build their product line around it.

You bring
Reference model, destination market, brand requirements and target quantity.
We review together
Available components, artwork, samples, market requirements and commercial scope.
The next decision
Confirm a configuration to quote and evaluate.

B / ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT

Develop beyond the catalogue.

For a defined product brief that needs structural, system or tooling development.

You bring
Use case, design direction, target positioning and the requirements an existing model cannot meet.
We review together
Feasibility, engineering scope, tooling, sample stages and validation needs.
The next decision
Agree the development scope before committing to tooling.
Prepare your development brief

02 / WHAT CAN CHANGE

Define the change.
Understand the implications.

Branding, component selection and engineering development are different scopes—not interchangeable promises.

01

Brand & presentation

Logo, colours, graphics, packaging and manuals.

CONFIRM BEFORE PROCEEDING

Confirm artwork, finish and packaging requirements against the selected model.

02

Components & equipment

Motor, battery, sensor, drivetrain, brakes, display and accessories.

CONFIRM BEFORE PROCEEDING

Review compatibility, availability and any testing implications before confirming the configuration.

03

Engineering development

Frame architecture, geometry, dedicated tooling or electrical integration.

CONFIRM BEFORE PROCEEDING

Agree feasibility, development scope, sample stages and validation responsibilities before proceeding.

Options depend on the selected platform. Not every component or configuration can be combined.

03 / FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER

Know the next decision.

A shared sequence for discussing the project. The detailed schedule and approval points are confirmed for your programme.

  1. 01

    Brief & feasibility

Share the market, reference model, target positioning and expected volume.

    DECISION / OUTPUT

A proposed starting point and the questions that need resolving.

  2. 02

    Configuration & quotation

Review components, branding, market requirements and commercial conditions.

    DECISION / OUTPUT

An agreed specification and written project scope.

  3. 03

    Sample & approval

Evaluate the sample and record any required changes. Confirm the testing and documentation plan.

    DECISION / OUTPUT

A sample decision and approved configuration for the next stage.

  4. 04

    Production & handover

Agree production readiness, inspection, packaging, shipment and parts requirements.

    DECISION / OUTPUT

A delivery plan tied to the approved specification.

04 / HOW TO START

Bring a brief.
Not a perfect specification.

Share what you know about your project. The team reviews the product direction and clarifies the open points with you.

  1. 01

    Your market & channel

Where will the product be sold, and who will use it?

  2. 02

    Your starting model

A catalogue model, comparison shortlist or intended use.

  3. 03

    Your required changes

Branding, components, accessories or engineering needs.

  4. 04

    Your project scale & timing

Expected quantity, sample needs and target schedule, if known.

BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Practical questions.

Do I need a finished specification to get started?

No. Start with your destination market, intended use, a reference model or product direction, and expected quantity. Identify which requirements are fixed and which need advice.

Can we start from a model in the catalogue?

Yes. Select a reference model and describe your branding and configuration requirements. Component changes are reviewed for compatibility before the specification is confirmed.

What are the MOQ, sample cost and lead time?

These depend on the model, components, branding and engineering scope. Request written confirmation for your project; a catalogue model is not a fixed quotation or delivery commitment.

Can one configuration be sold in every market?

Do not assume so. Confirm the destination market and exact vehicle configuration first. Testing, documentation, equipment and responsibilities are reviewed for that project.
