Scope and responsible company
Mobimax is the organisation responsible for personal information processed through this website and through direct enquiries about our electric-vehicle platforms, OEM/ODM programmes, distribution opportunities and related services.
This policy does not automatically apply to websites, applications or services operated by other organisations, even where this website links to them. Those organisations provide their own privacy information.

How and why we use information
We process personal information only where we have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, that reason may be your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests or compliance with a legal obligation.

Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with Mobimax personnel and affiliated operations involved in an enquiry, and with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, document management or professional advice. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a genuine corporate reorganisation or transaction.
Mobimax works internationally. Information may therefore be processed in China and in other countries where relevant team members, operations or service providers are located. Where required, we use contractual, organisational or other legally recognised safeguards for international transfers.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including the lifecycle of an enquiry or business relationship, and for any additional period required for tax, accounting, warranty, compliance, dispute or record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymise it or securely restrict further use where immediate deletion is not possible.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against accidental loss and unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to ask whether we process your personal information and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to a competent privacy or data-protection authority.
To make a request, email sales@mobimaxbike.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions, and withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us at the address above.
Children and external services
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 16 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.
Links to social networks, messaging services, maps or other third-party sites may allow those providers to receive information when you visit or interact with them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new last-updated date. Material changes may also be highlighted through an appropriate additional notice.
