Commercial framework

The points agreed before production begins.

MOQ, sample terms, tooling, payment and lead times are confirmed in writing against the selected platform and scope.
01

Order scope

Existing-model and full ODM programmes are assessed separately, with the applicable order structure confirmed before quotation.

02

Sample & tooling

Any sample, setup and tooling requirements are itemised before a project moves beyond feasibility.

03

Payment & delivery

Payment milestones, documentation and the production schedule are agreed alongside the approved specification.

Seven stages

From enquiry to shipment, step by step.

Each stage has a named output and approval point, so responsibilities stay clear on both sides.
  1. 01

    Enquiry & feasibility

Share your target market, intended volume, target retail price and product type. We review feasibility and the likely programme route before detailed work begins.

    Stage 01
  2. 02

    Specification lock

Agree the complete bill of materials, market settings and branding. The specification is the signed reference for sample and production work.

    Stage 02
  3. 03

    Sample build

Build a sample to the agreed specification, complete internal checks and provide build evidence for your review.

    Stage 03
  4. 04

    Sample approval

You test the sample and confirm approval or changes in writing. Production does not begin until the specification is approved.

    Stage 04
  5. 05

    Certification

Plan destination-market testing and documentation alongside production preparation where the programme requires it.

    Stage 05
  6. 06

    Mass production

Coordinate component procurement, assembly and defined in-line quality checks against the approved programme.

    Stage 06
  7. 07

    Inspection & shipment

Complete pre-shipment inspection, loading records and the export documentation needed for delivery.
